Anyone else here on Gamerenders in the beta? I found this game quite fun, without the need to grind... The quests are actually, fun. They give decent-to-good rewards. The community on the servers are very helpful. Players try not to steal someone elses kill, instead they'll see if you want to group with them, to doubleteam the quest. You get so many different titles to unlock along the way, and travel to the places you know and love from the books and movies. Still has some bugs in it, obviously, but with the great community it has, they'll be discovered and fixed in no time. So anyone else play?
I don't play beta, but I've been hearing good things about the beta. I thought the game looked kind of disappointing when it first came out but I might look into it.
I played the beta.... and i thought i was playing lineage 2 >_> i don't like the movement system at all. If it had a better movement system like City of Heroes or World of Warcraft then i would have stayed in the beta longer.
Are you sure you're thinking of the right game? The movement is almost identical to WoW's system :blink:
Compared to previous LOTR games(battle for middle-earth 1 & 2), this one is pretty fun so far. Then again, I pretty much only play MMO's nowadays, so that might explain it
Are you guys talking about LOTR shadows of Angmar? I signed up two days ago and just got invited yesterday. So I'm still downloading it. :shaggy:
Yes, I have been in the beta since around... July//August I'd like to say. Have maxed out on all of their level caps until recently when I got fed up with testing. It's a waste of time honestly.
