    To be honest, a 1.8 processor is pretty bad, and I reckon you should get 512mb more ram

    direct x 7 is very old.... upgrade to direct x 9 or w/e it is now

    he clearly has DX9 but its putting too much strain on his comp causing a low FPS, now DX7 would suit his computer much better because its tailerd twoards low-end comps(note: when DX7 came out his system was prolly on the higherend of the spectrum)
