I am currently swamped with homework for the next week and the fact I have a really crappy job doesn't help either. Now, the only way I can really get by with the time is with a little music, but I don' t wanna kill a mess load of time just looking for music suggestions. So what do you guys recommend? Genres are OK, but I am looking for stuff in terms of artists or songs specifically. Thanks!

Depends on if you like Soft Rock music...

Tell me if you like the band OneRepublic and if you do, I can lead you on to others like them.

If you can't find them, they are on myspace.

Radiohead - OK Computer (especially 'Subterranean Homesick Alien)

Blind Melon - Soup (Much better stuff than the song with 'The Bee Girl)

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (It's Floyd, so it's chilled out, and relaxing)

Hope that helps out a bit.

if you want to speed up your workload, its best to listen to as less bass as possible, classical is your best bet (i hate it too, but it does stimulate your brain)

Most classical is pretty good for studying. The Halo 2 volume 1 cd works for me.

Easy listening is generally good. Any quiet thing works for me, even like Linkin Park works for me, or used to, as it really becomes ambience after a while.
