Yes, and having a body fat percentage as low as you do is not healthy? Please, consult a body building magazine, and even they (whom are obsessed with weight lifting) will tell you that your % being under 5% is extremely unhealthy for you. Certain people enjoy showing off parts of themselves, or exaggerating them via body art, whether it be piercings, tattoos, burns, cuts (yes, ----- cuts, not emo cuts), mounds and numerous other forms...
demendtia, I don't intentionally try to cut weight. the fact fo the matter is I eat around 4k calories a day. I have a phenomenally fast metabolism. also the 3.9% measurement is measuring cutaneous body fat, nto voerall, my overall would liekly be closer to 6-8%
