Ok so it is not too biased, myself and someone else can help do 'member of the month' that way if i were to be involved in this i will see the reasons as to why they have chosen me, also i can show the other person who will be doing it with me the reasons they gave about myself and see if they think it is a fair reason also.

I liked motm (mod of the month) so i think thats a good idea also.
