Nice template, i like it *Edit* I noticed the buttons are more to the right...Try centering them To code the lights he would just make the header image longer enough so it ends the lights if you get what i mean, Would be more tricky if the background image was a gradient Arbiter
While the coding for the lights wouldnt be too hard..tone the size down. Unless you were to do a glow effect in Flash or do a gif animation..it looks odd and drags too much attention.
Yeah, a bit heavy on the gradients or glows, whichever you used. I think its pretty good, looks really nice
What someone should of said, was "It would be harder to code in CSS with those lighting effects" Merged Post: Just noticed there is CSS in there, and Java. Did you use dreamweaver to code it, or did you hand code it ?
It's quite nice, a little plain though, and be more original in your designs, it seems a bit too heavily inspired from AOTM template in some parts. Try a bit more colour and contrast.
