i tried to register with that silkroad game but it never seems to let me make an account. Everytime i hit join now it just takes me back to the home page. Once it gave me a pop up box that said Registration and when i hit ok back to the homescreen again. and when i try to recover ID or password and hit submit, it goes back to the homescreen is anyone else having this problem
listen.. you wont find a good free MMO, im telling you this right now.. i've played, and beta tested.. for probly every MMO out there, name one, and i've played it.. okay, the free ones are fun for a while, but after maybe 3 days they get boring and repeative.. the reason you PAY, is because monthly they add new things, to get rid of the sence of the repeditive gameplay.. now, if you want a fun MMO, go out, and buy City of Heroes (COH) .. very fun, updated constantly.. and one of the most unique and fun games you'll ever play.. costumes are unique, and you wont find the same looking character, inifinite possibilites and tons of things to do.. played it for a year now and still not bored.. answer your question? ^_^
theres ragnarok and it has free private servers...I play on the deliverance server...its a good game check it out
Eh, I've played Rakion, GunZ, WarRock and Ragnarok Frontier. I've heard good things about MapleStory, though I think the randomness sort of makes it kinda lame. And Guild Wars is probably the best MMO out on the shelves. And yeah, somebody said that most of these MMOs turn out to be really repetitive. I agree with that. I mean, you either level uo or kick the crap out of your enemies. So that's why games like Fable or Elder Scrolls are so popular. There's more to do than just your assigned tasks.
I never got into WarRock, it was always lagging for me. It was fun for about a week, but the lag was just way too much. Probably was just my computer. I play Knights Online. It's free, but you can buy a premium. If you don't, you can only play within a certain time frame. Mines like 9PM ET to 4AM ET i think. It does get kinda repetitive at first but once you get to level 25 (shouldn't take long) you can go to a different location and do new tasks. Most people that play that game are Turkish, but I found a few Spanish people that I'm now in a clan with. You might find English people if you're lucky, I found 1. I'd recommend getting Guild Wars. If you do want single player RPGs, get Oblivion or Fabe.
OK, if you're willing to cough up the like $120 for the 3 current GW chapters + maybe $10 for a headset I would most def recommend that game. It's very much worth it, very active community and even though some people might complain about the new chapters being released every 6-7 months, it still ends up being cheaper then paying monthly fees. As someone who has been addicted to both WoW and Guild Wars i would def recommend Guild Wars over WoW any day. WoW was just to annoying with the level grinding and spawn camping. I'd go with Guild Wars 100%
I played much MMO's GunZ, R.O.S.E online, WoW private servers, Flyff, Pristontale, Rappelz and more. For a good shooting game with some nice Matrix effects i should go for GunZ, But for a MMORPG i should go for Flyff because, its not boring and its also free to LVL 220 You can fly on lvl 20 and there are nice events, All the other games i said are a little bit boring and you need to pay-pal there. FLYFF [/SIZE=3]
i almost want to hit you for saying runescape :| i dont play MMORPG's alot but when i do i play WoW.. i own guild wars but nvr play it... i played one game b4 that was ok.. but you had to click everywhere you wanted to go :|
