    i just installed my graphics card and now all of a sudden my taskbar has disapeared and no its not shortened or anything its just gone how do i get it back ;(

    Checked the resolution? does your start bar still appear with the windows button?

    Hit PrtScn
    Windows Button + R
    mspaint then hit ok
    ctrl + v

    Then upload the image somewhere, post it here, if it appears then its probably hardware, if it doesnt, its probably software

    Also, try changing monitor settings, align the screen a little higher than usual, maybe its there, just stretched off screen.

    ive had this happen to multiple times, try restarting your computer sometimes that works. Or maybe you installed the driver wrong or somthing along those lines

    if i up my screen its just black, and restarting doesnt work and im positive i didnt install wrong drivers andd yeah :[

    maybee teh explorer process isnt running.

    hit cntrl+alt+del
    then new process
    then put explorer


    see if it starts up..

    thats teh best i could come up with

    install the latest drives for the video card

    duhh, why didnt i see this before, your pc isnt recognizing the graphics card.. try downloading the latest driver and isntall it, if that isnt it.. then make sure it is put in right, and if that isnt it.. call the place were you bought it at.
