Well, my mom is depressed about her age. She is turning 40 this year and she is really scared about it.. I was wondering if anybody knew what I should say to her that would make her feel proud of herself.
My moms 40 and a half, she got over it in a week. Just tell her it'll be ok, you'll always be there for her. Ididthat and it worked.
Say this.... "40 is only a number, a number which stands for the years you have lived life, and a part of that was with me, and it's going to keep going and going, so deal with it, " Nah I don't know.
Just let her be by herself, and let her solve her own problems. You dont know what its like to be her age, so dont pretend to know what shes going through.
Wow to the above poster, thats just not neccesary at all man. Seriously, that was not neccesary, just.... don't talk. Wow... that was horrible.
I'm only saying dude, that was a very bad thing to say, you shouldn't talk about other's loved ones doing suicide... :/
