I just uninstalled the zune software and then redownloaded the software from the zune.net website. I double clicked the zune software and then clicked Next. It said "Checking for updates" and then the next dissappeared and then the words said "No zune software update found." I made sure the Zune software was completely uninstalled which it was and I also redownloaded the software but still the same problem. Please help me asap. If its possible you have a disk and can make the files an image file and upload it to me I prommise I will repay you somehow later. If not then please help me asap. Problem Resolved
If you download the software from the website, then that is the latest edition. There is no updates from that. It only downloads an Update if you use an older installer, or you use the CD.
Thanks for trying to help me but I just found someone that sent me the cd which the problem is resolved.
