How Is My Pc?

    Is it any good compared to other PC's out there? How long do you think it will last me until technology catches up?

    Its pretty good but hey, they already have Quad-Processing so i guess only 1 or 2 years till it catches up.

    the only bad thing is the the graphics card, u should get Dell instead of HP.

    Ehh, for the money it's pretty crappy. Mine is around the same basics of that, with a better motherboard, faster RAM, way better graphics card (considering yours is nonexistent), better power supply, better case, mine as like $1200. But, I didn't get a new screen, so you got me there.

    I'd invest in a new graphics card if I were you, possibly a 7600GT or (maybe) an 8600Ultra (when they are released.)

    pre built suck probably could have gotten a way better pc for same price

    I Recommend, Not A Nvidia Geforce 7600GT but a GS I have two Graphics cards installed on my PC and I have a 19" LCD and a 17" LCD I use my 19 INCH on my 7600 and my 6200 OC on my 17" and Ive got a switch to switch back and forth to monitors.(was just an experiment i have yet to take apart =))

    you should compare them to Dell, emachines/gateway, their compaq division, and... well every single other major OEM.

    they're all the same, lowend parts and a lot of marketing.


    also, a single 7600GT typically outperforms two 7600 GSes in SLI pre OCing and post OCing it's still better bang/$

    as for how long the PC will last you, it depends on your needs, if you just browse the web, then it will probably last just about forever. If you do anythin demanding and you have high standards, the it's already obsolete.

    I use it for browing the web, photoshop, making videos on movie maker and I only play warcraft so will it last me forever?

    It probably isn't the best computer for photoshop.

    even with ps you might want to get a better gfx card, integrated is crap
