lose the fat on ur legs...lose some muscle mass, not so that ur weak, just so that ur...sinewy (help reduce ur weight further), stretches, do some ab excerises and stuff like that

do lots of squats and just talk to your trainer at your school about it. They know what to do. you'll want to do acceleration ladders

Im not racist at all or anything, but the fact that 95% of running backs aren't white isn;t coincidence. Like other people said, many black people just have a knack for being good at football. Sort of like canadian white guys and european white guys often find hockey a easy thing to adopt. Really work on getting your quads and hamstrings in shape, you should work on your start in the 40 if you wanna improve that. For example when you start from the 3 point stance, hace your arm up above your hip, then cut it forward as your start so it will pull you forward a bit off the start. I recently did a fitness test so they can record our improvements for next years team and i clocked 4.76 which is dece, but ive done better earlier this year so ive really gotta see if i can clock better then that in time for football season.
But also notice how only the white QB's are the most recognized QB's in the NFL? Most recognized, not for being white, but for being the best. So, what does THAT tell you?
