There is a video of my broken computer booting up. Please watch and if you can, leave a message with some help :D. Also, I am American, yes. I sound foreign because I just bit my tongue eating a cookie + the audio on my camera blows.

I was thinking either PSU or hard drive failure, some time soon I am going to borrow a Hard Drive and a PSU from a friend and see if it works.

K, my computer has been screwed up for a long time. It first off takes on average 5-10 rounds of turning the computer on and off for it even to boot. It will go like into hibernate then you have to turn it off then on for it to boot to windows.

Alot of times it will freeze or restart during startup or when I am logging in. When I manage to log in, I will start browsing the internet or talking on AIM. When I start up something like Steam or A virus scanner, it freezes or restarts.

Are you sure your IHS contact is good? CPU will automaticly shutdown/restart if too hot.
