Can I Password Protect A Folder On A Server?

I have a bunch of photoshop tutorials, and they all are in my folder on a server. As it is now, if they get a tutorial like www.server/birdman/tutorial1.png all they have to do is take off the file and go to www.server/birdman/ to see all my tutorials. Is there a way where i can block them from seeing all of my tutorials but still be able to link to the tutorials?

 

I guess you could htaccess


But there are ways to make you login, thats how pr0n works lol.

 

Or do you have a idea on a different way i could upload so people cant see all my tuts

just put a blank index.html in the folder

 

They would still be able to view the tutorials if they knew the rest of the link.

 

Just use htacces to set a password for the folder. Not hard just google for a tutorial.
