I do, about three times a week. I play tennis everyday, and it's not so good to be sore all the time. For those of you who don't go to the gym because it's too far, no time, etc. you can always do things like push-ups, crunches, etc. at home. There really aren't any good excuses to not be in good shape.

Yeah, I go to the gym like twice a week.

Used to just play basketball but then I started to work out on the equipment and other stuff.

not lately as I've been in wrestling and can't risk any weight gain.

off season which is the ay after tomorrow, I'll be lifting 3 times a week with hypertrophy as the only goal.
I'll be using a mixed program which I will base off of HIT and HST training technique(go to failure, low volume high intensity, occasional supersetting etc.)

I gained about 40lbs after I started lifting, but i lost about 5 during wrestling season.

had been about 10lbs heavier than that prior to wrestling season.

the bodyfat test(which is innaccurate) put me at 3.9% bodyfat. Normal/average for the population is considered 12-15% as defined by that test. You need a doctors note certifying that you're healthy at 7%

I actually have to eat more than I'm comfortable with to mantain weight. If i eat whatever I want, I start to loose weight. Before I started lifting, I was slightly under 100lbs.

    Nah.
All the ladies love the spare gut. Who needs muscles when you've got flab?

But honestly, fast metabolism owns all. :D.

When you say you don't have to work out to keep the weight off I hope you don't mean weights. Weights won't make you lose weight so that statement doesn't make sense unless you mean running.
