5 times a week. 2 times after school for basketball team workout. 3 times just going to my local club for working out and playing pickup basketball. Ocassionaly ill play squash as well. Usually my workouts at the YMCA consist of 20 minutes on the bike, bunch of free weight excercises (upper body), some machines, then pushups and crunches, then a 10 minute run.
I have high metabolism too. Being skinny doesnt mean your healthy. You need to have muscle definition, and lots of cardio your heart and circular system is in good condition. Get off ya lazy asses
Atm I'm not working out, lots of homework/projects have stopped me from going for about two weeks. Normally I go right after school about 4/7 days a week.
Beleive it or not, Marching Band and Friday Football keeps me fit. I some times work out at home though
basically everyday...i fight (mma=mixed martial arts) i do everything in the weight room. i do yoga each morning (around 4:30 a.m.) i do cardio on tuesdays and thursdays anyone want to fight? current record=7-1
