so who here goes to the gym? how many times a week? and what for general fitness etc or what? what exercises do you do etc?
No. I have this amazing ability to eat as much asn I want and hardly ever exercise and not gain a pound .
I used to be like that..Up until I turned 16.. Anyways, I don't go to the gym. I usually just work out at home. Mostly weight lifting, about 3 times a week.
Called a fast metabolism. I have my own gym myself. I also need to fix my bike so i can ride it and i use my gym 2 times a week and i shoot on my hockey net 2+ hours a day.
wow good to see all of you guys like to keep fit. the best way to lose weight and stay fit is jus eat less junk obv and exercise.doesnt even hve to be going to the gym jus l;ike walking etc.
Gym in basement, use it a couple times a week + treadmill O and I have one of those amazing metabolisms too lol
