Try unplugging your cable/dsl modem for 10min or so. Although using this to by pass bans isnt a very good idea

Unless you have a dynamic IP i dont think Marforces suggestion will work, if you dont have a dynamic IP adress, you cant change your IP unless your router has special spyware and virus protection.

    lol ^

The ipconfig thing in cmd doesn't always works. But, you can try it by doing that and unplugging your modem, waiting and plugging it back in. Also, you can change your MAC address. You can either change it or spoof it. Changing isn't easy as there aren't many ways to do that. Spoofing isn't hard, you can look it up on the internet.

The cmd thing could be for Dynamic IPs only. (Not sure.)

Are you talking about permentaly? If you only need it for a quick fix, you can use a proxy.

For the noob proxier, use HideIP Platinum. Costs money sometimes, but it's good.

ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE ROUTER

    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. Type 192.168.1.1
    3. A Login Windows Will Open, There usually is no Username, and the password is admin.
    4. Go into Setup>MAC Address Clone.
    5. Enable MAC Address Clone.
    6. Click Clone MAC Address.
    7. Go to Start>Run, and type Ipconfig/release
    8. Unplug your modem, and wait 45 Second and it should change.
