    Is there anyway i can use my dell inspiron 6000 in my car without the battery? Like a power adapter that you plug into your car and your pc...

    You'd probably need some DC power adapter or a special kind of battery.
    I'm not too experienced with notebooks tbh.

    You'll need an AC/DC converter to run your laptop. You can get those from PepBoys, Kragen, Chief Auto Parts, etc... or any car supply store
