I've played GoW but only watched someone play Vegas. Gears did an amazing job on their visuals, but I just really wasn't impressed with the game play. It really doesn't add anything to the genre of fps. Vegas seemed amazing. The ability to control your squad that easily is really cool, and the variety of weapons seemed really good. My vote would go for Vegas.
gears of war ftw Rainbow six vegas is a nice game, but gears of war is an awasome game, people'll not forget it
ive played both, and imo vegas whoops gears' ass in multiplayer, but gears has a better story. vegas has 16 people for online play, a variety of game modes, loads of guns and gadgets, the ability to customize you character, and you unlock more stuff for customization and more weapons as you rank up. vegas wins imo.
I have both. I would say get Vegas. GoW gets REALLY boring and repetetive FAST. You can do a lot more in vegas and the online play is funner imo.
Yah Rainbow six is prolly the best muliplayer game right now for the 360. There are way more guns and custimization options for it that GoW. Actually in my oppinion, Vegas is really lacking compared to Gears Of War, Gears of War brings a lot more to the table than Vegas even though it is rather a simple game. Gears of war has great gameplay online if you get in the correct server, and can keep you entertained for long intervals of time. Vegas is rather repetative, I rented it and played through the entire game, and played online quite a bit, and it brings nothing new to the FPS genre, and is rather lacking in features, and the graphics are not amazing. Get Gears of War over Vegas any day.
