I'm a PS3 fanboy right away cause I pointed out some flaws with the Wii? I'm not an XBox 360 fanboy or an Apple fanboy or a Square Enix fanboy but it makes me a Sony fanboy? Wow and thats comming from a guy who signed up with word "Wii" in his username. I can point out flaws with sony and microsoft is that going to make me a Nintendo fanboy now? I didn't bother reading the rest of what you mentioned after calling me a PS3 fanboy cause I'm guessing it's going to be common Nintendo fanboyism based on stupid facts. Oh and a tip, try capitalizing your words when you start a new sentence it makes it easier to understand when the sentence ends, and sorry but the period doesn't give it away when the next word is not capitalized.
i know you read the whole thing. rather than talking about my grammar and spelling errors and what not, talk about the systems. if you get offended by me calling you a sony fan boy (which i don't even know, i even added brackets) then perhaps the gaming section of the forum isn't for you. being called sony/nintendo/xbox is all over these gaming sections/forums
I don't know if anybody said this but those two games are probably the two worst games out for the Wii right now...Post some pics of TP or madden and tell me that the GFX suck.
Nintendo know the console they made. They made it with pretty much last-gen graphics. I'm very positive they could of made a system with excellent graphics for a first, but it doesn't worry many Nintendo fans. I've always liked Nintendo, not a fanboy, but i've liked their games such as Pokemon, Mario and what not. But, after the whole gameboy thing I got into computers and gamed onward from there. The Wii has brought me back to console gaming. As little as the wii-mote may be, it honestly has increased game play for me. Sport games to even adventure games are now much funner. Other than the obvious reason why, I normally wouldn't play Sport games, and look at me now, i'm looking foward to Wii-sport-game releases (Not Wii-sports, its good but i'm not reffering to that). Btw to the guy above me, The graphics on those games aren't that excellent compared to what the other consoles have to offer. I'm not saying you're a moron for saying that, but Sony/Xbox fanboy's will get screenshots of those games and post them up here and compare them to the Ps3/Xbox versions (Acting as if the game is actualy better with good graphics) -_-

Don't label people as fanboys. It only makes you look like one. That may be true. Why? Sixaxis was a last minute attempt at motion sensing which was an obvious attempt at trying to "copy" Nintendo. That is why there is a new HD Eye Toy coming out soon. If it can sense your motions,then it is motion sensing,regardless if it's "slight" or "great". I don't see what's wrong in that. Every company wants to make money,it's only natural Sony wanted/wants to do this. They didn't. Why? They saw an opportunity. With the clash of the Goliaths(PS3 and Xbox 360) a little boy by the name of David(Wii) with a slingshot and a little rock could win the fight. What i mean by that is that Nintendo decided not to go man-o-man-o with both PS3 and Xbox360 because as seen in it's previous attempts,it would fail. Instead,they choose the option of a "slightly" upgraded Gamecube with a Wiimote. Basicly,you are paying 250$ for something that costs 150$ to produce. It seems that their strategy is working. If your are correct,then that would mean that Wii will last about 2-3 years,which means that Wii owners are screwed. How do you know that? For all we know,it might be Virtual Reality that will be in the next-gen consoles. Don't jump the gun to quickly. Uhhhh....look above. He has his reasons,and you have no right to question them. PS3 costs 800$ to produce,while it sells for 500-600$. Wii costs 150$ to produce,and yet it sells for 250$. If you ask me,Wii is a much bigger rip off than PS3. Please remind us. It's not. DVD's are getting to small. If you don't believe me,look at Blue Dragon. It's on 3 DVD's which means that it costs more than a single blu ray disc. The price also depends on the quality of game. isn't HD just increasing the look/graphics in the game? or did you mean the console supporting HD? why are you now backing up someone else to get a reason to get back at me? if you consider sixaxis par to what wii has to offer, you are very wrong. the sixaxis, as i'm sure you know only has tilt, and that pretty much sums it up. now, it is motion sensorsed, with much less capabilities. i know you know this, but im just giving you some of your own medicine. the reason why i even mentioned this is because the guy said that nintendo just made the wii-mote to get sales for their next console.. and that is true. honestly though, if though, if nintendo made a new console with good graphics, just like the other 2 systems and had nintendo titles, i wouldn't purchase one. and even though many still would, many still wouldn't aswell - the wiimote has brought many new curious players. Yes you can say that the wii is a rip-off, considering that it does cost $150 (which is going by your facts) but i'm quite certain many people knew the console they bought before hand also. parents, probably not, but i hope you get me for a change. and how do i know that? i'm not stating it as a fact, i'm saying "probably", so there is "probably" a chance that it'll be on all consoles. because honestly, in 5 years or so when the new consoles come out.. Are we going to see better graphics (yet again)? or is it all going to be the hardware and what other things the ps3 is capable of OTHER than gaming? as for virtual gaming, well you could be right. i just didn't see it coming considering ps3 has gone from ps1, controllers, good graphics (which it was back then), ps2, same controllers pretty much, better graphics, built in dvd player (which was popular back then) ps3, same controllers pretty much again, but slight motion sensors which are pretty much not useless, but not all that great. better graphics and blu-ray. the PSP i hear isn't even that great anyway, so i won't add that. so in all honestly, it seemed like a big yet small jump for the ps3. going from a normal controller with slight motion sensors (i hate to even say it, its ----en nothing) with good graphics to virtual reality martial art games seems like a rather huge jump. the blu-ray increasing games bit wasn't stated as a fact, but as a question. i haven't looked up on it, i was just going by what "xelink" said, the other forumer talking about blu-rays cd thingo increasing the price of games. so you might aswell tell him too. (not that it really matters honestly, this should be cheaper anyway)

Wii has all the graphical power it needs, it's all about the Wiimote. Take a game like LoZ TP, the game looks amazing! All Ps and XB fans say the Wii wucks coz of it's grahpic but who cares? Wheres the point of having a game with stunning grahpic but it last like 5 seconds to complete? If you ask me the Wii has the balance of game play and grahpical power. For the record I have both a 360 and Wii. ^^
first off, i AM a wii fan.. BUT, everyone sticking up for the wii (or the majority) say "if you want to have a fun console get the wii... if you want graphics get a 360 or a ps3" or "Wheres the point of having a game with stunning grahpic but it last like 5 seconds to complete?" wheres the truth in that? sure wii graphics arent as good as the other 2 consoles, but that doesn't make it the only fun console... >< sorry that jsut annoys me. TBH, im more of a wii60 kinda guy seeing as the PS3 is a bit expensive for what it is at the moment.
Meh, launch titles. The first was supposed to be cell shaded, and the second is just has the worst... graphics... ever.
