Give your oponoin on the band metallica. HAve they gotten too comericail over the years, mellowed with old years, or gained more influences over old agesd. Discuss.

I liked their older stuff better, All there music is great but I'd prefer better quality songs like Bleeding me, Hero Of The Day or even Nothing Else Matters.

Best band ever I say! Along with a few others ;)

Although, other than that, I love Metallica and everything about just about every one of their songs. They are amazing.

Metallica is awesome, especially live. I enjoy the old stuff more than the new stuff, but it's cool none the less.

Not really a fan of Metallica, over the years they've just been a dissappointment. I mean c'mon St.Anger, Reloaded and Loaded were some of their worst albums. If Jason stayed with the band then they probably wouldn't suck so bad right now.

Have to agree Metallica was at its best in the early albums like the Black Album and Ride The Lightning, St anger i only listened to once and thought wow whats happened here but i saw it as a try to get into this Nu Metal kind of music what was going on, didnt quite work.
