Downloading, Uploading?

So I was wondering if some one could help me fix something

I currently have just standard DSL
and I get around 100kb/sec download speed and around 30 sometimes 40kb/sec upload speed

is there any way that I can increase those speeds to like around 1mb or more download speed and around 500kb/sec upload speed or somewhere near there?

Please Help Me I am really desperate for this

only way you can get faster upload rates and download rates is by upgrading your internet conection to around 10mbps if you want 1mbp downlaod and 500kbps upload. I have 4 mbps and my download it likr 500kbps :/

but my dad wont let me upgrade to premium user which is 6 or 8mb / second download speed

Actually 8mbit would give 1mbyte per second as there's 8 bits to a byte, so you divide the speed in mbits by 8.
