And kirbir if you want to sue for mental damages like you said in my neg rep then you have to have a really strong case. The court won't accept you claim you have mental issues now, they will require a consult. And if you miss work because of the accident then you were on leave most likely due to injury Mental or Physical, the court isn't going to accept "I missed the meeting at 8 o'clock so let me sue him for 3,000,000 dollars!"
