He ripped this template off a tutorial. I am not sure if he did but how could he got the exact same side gradients. He only changed a few things.
It's not like he's selling it, it's his second template. He's still learning. There is no need for you to come here and post here and try and become a hero for catching a ripper everytime you see two things similar.
the next person to post in this thread thast has nothing to do with the problem will have action taken against them. have to agree with Marforce on this,it seems all he has done is follow what the tut provided.
Nah that does not look like its been ripped I can easily tell because - The title shape comes with PS - The boxes are not even aligned properly - Very low quality compared to the tut - Hes missing the images in between the content boxes By bearing in mind the factors above seems like he used the tut to make that layout DarkStar
Following a tutorial to learn the basics of web design and then posting for criticism and ripping a design and selling it are two entirely different things.
