    you can't run it with max settings with an x1300 ------

    you can run it with the basal settings on high, but with minimal antialiasing and anisotropic filtering.

    my advice is to overclock that 6600

    both fo the above utilities are good GFX card OCing utilities, I used them to OC my 7600GT from (560core 700mhz memory) to (615mhz core 795mhz mem) which is a respectable increase ~10-14%. I also OCed my PCI-e bus ~16.6%

    EDIT: d you have a 6600, or a 6600GT. The 6600 vanila overclocks VERY well, almost to GT levels. The 6600GT is A LOT MORE POWERFUL THAN THE 6600.

    also, if you do have a 6600 and NOT the GT, it might actually be worth getting a new card if that's the case.

    the x850 PRQ is the best card for the money in your situation.

    =====================================

    OCing your CPU is trikier than OCing your GFX card.
    it depends on many factors. I can either attempt to helpyou on AIM.MSN or I can link you to a few resources.

    Well I didn't have anti aliasing on, I just had all the visual details on maximum and I know that for a fact.

    I could do that with my POS 6200

    it's AA, and AF that really add up. They dramatically increase the amount of memory and memory bandwidth used and even push the GPU a bit too, albiet not as much.
