You retard you do not sue someone for a car accident unless you were injured. They court will have a doctor check up on you to see if their are any injuries or you are just faking it. Obviously you have no clue what you are talking about.
True that. Since you were hit from behind you are not at fault unless you were pushed into someone in front of you so your insurance should cover it.
sounds like not a big deal. In my topic posted here on october, i talked about how my nose started gushing blood, and this latin american basically threatened my life if i didn't pay for the damage HE caused. it sounds like it was all fun and dandy for you... @ those who want to sue. If the person who hit him has insurance, there's no sueing he can do. his insurance company will pay for all damages including in body, mental, and car.

happened too us, but on a much minor scale. A moped rammed the back of us... I was super shaken, my heart rate exploded and it took ages for it to calm down
-sigh- Firstly you can sue for mental damage, the time you missed of work what you would have been payed etc. Secondly, you can sue them for hitting you regardless if your car is covered by insurance or not. If I steal from you but your insurance covers theft, I dont get of scott-free ya know.
