Does anyone know a program that lets you watch tv while playing a game on your computer?

I recently got a tv tuner and want to use it.

You can always minimize the 2 windows so you can see them both.

 

Well, the game I play is World of Warcraft, and I don't want to play that game in windowed mode .

 

Well I don't think its possibly to have 1 app take 100% of the screen and also wanting to view another app.

 

My friend told me something about Gameface Live, he says he can watch and play at the same time on the same app.

I just need any program that lets you watch your regular cable T.V on your computer using a TV Tuner.
