the wiis what?(the answer is) and also, dementia, if I'm not mistaken, the Wiis most likely would not have a flashable BIOS chip, yet alone a BIOS. They'de have something similar, but BIOS is a PC only thing and even then BIOS will eventually be phased out for something better.
yeah, wasnt sure as to the actual hardware architecture, but i figured a bios chip would be a reasonable enough phrase to get people to understand what I meant, in that its required to start the boot process to get your console operating correctly.
I could link you but its NSFW therefor I cant post it here But yeah, websites set up with big block letters that have exactly that wii porn.
ehhh people dont make virus' for Apples simply because Windows out numbers Apple computers 50-1. Thats why schools usually have Apples instead of Windows.
The only way a Wii could get a virus is if someone PROGRAMS a virus FOR A WII, so they would have to code it to work on a Wii, because a normal computer virus wouldn't work on a gaming system unless of course the system was set up like a computer. But the odds are you are not going to get a virus on your Wii.
it's more like 9 to 1 and most school use PC from my experience. ad only scared little old ladies care about viruses, i've never had anything too serious and it's not all that hard to reinstall windows...
the virus has to be specifically designed for the wii and i don't think there are any out there at the moment
It is unlikely and I don't think it has happened yet. It could happen, but since it isn't the same as computers, it would probably be a lot harder.
Thats priceless... Thats what people say when they wear condoms, little do they know, they may actually get a virus on their wii  All the girls looking at Wiis on their Wii But no there probably wont be viruses, and by the time there is, the vulnerability will be fixed by nintendo
The only console that is susceptible to viruses would be the PS3. Since the PS3 can run Linux and has it's own HDD viruses could target them. The likelihood of viruses on consoles is incredibly low beyond proof of concept viruses. Viruses are designed to cause a lot of harm to a large number of people. Consoles wouldn't really have the numbers compared to PC's. What's a couple hundred thousand heavily protected consoles, when you can hit millions unprotected Windows PC's.
