Anyone here play Silkroad Online? Its a pretty sweeet game, and I just discovered it for myself. Besides the fact that the servers are full most the time, when you can sit down and play for a while and have quite a blast playing it. Its sorta like WoW and its totally free, thats the awesome thing. This game has been competing with my playing time in Oblivion, thats for sure.

I'm only level 11 and I've spent about 8 hours in it.

I'd quit that game if i were you lol, After 1.5 years of playing SRO i just quit 2 weeks ago..

-Lag is unbearable, doesnt mater if you have a super computer or connection
-5 out of 10 people get hacked
-90% of players are botters, not to mention the serious grinding in the game.

Gave up after the lag became unbearable, problem is servers arent limited to one server per account for so many people, you can go on any of the servers and create a new set of characters so it means multiple logged accounts on all the servers selling items and such making the start area full of shops which increases the lag tenfold.

Also the botters yes as u state half the population are using them, pathetic especially in the bandit areas.

If the game got sorted out and something with these 1 million shops been open 24/7 id go back as the game is excellent for free, graphics impressive.
