i did this for a public service announcement for one of my clients, the message was/is:

bullets can kill...but not by themselves, think before you pull the trigger.

of course i didn't get paid for it, but it was/is a good way to get my company's name out there and help out in my community at the same time. This is why i haven't been here for a few days, they didn't want a 3d bullet, but they wanted something close to 3d...they were being very specific for something that they weren't paying for.

the tip of the bullet doesn't look like that. I guess it is hard to do blending on a forum

before you guys call this a spam topic and say that it's in the wrong section

i am curious about 2 things:

what do you think of the bullet (photoshop cs)?

how does it make you feel when you hear about child shootings (children killing people), entire families being murdered, etc.

Talking about bullets there was just a random shooting last night by the Highway on my way home. A 30+ year old man was killed by roadrage. He was driving through the highway at around rush hour when he was shot dead through his passenger window by a stranger. They closed down the highway due to this and you can see the person lying dead on the other side of the highway. This gave me a wake up call about a lot of people out there might be carrying guns, especially guns in cars. People get really angry while their driving, and there's nothing to stop them from shooting someone if they have a gun in the car.

    Firstly, nice bullet, good work.

Secondly, I feel that guns should be banned altogether. Just a few days ago, a whole family was killed by some random guy who just jumped through the window of the family's house and just killed them all with his gun. Its truly very sad that someone would put an end to other's lives.

Even if guns are banned, it will continue, with some other kind of weapon.

The world is crazy. Its unfixable.

NJ on the bullet, good stuff.

Now for the gun codes. Right to bear arms is a constitutional right, however, maybe it should be more limited. No chance I would ever be in favor of the banning of guns from citizens, but it is becoming a problem when these nuts get ahold of a deadly weapon. Multiple shootings lately in my general area when previously you'd never hear of it around here.

Speaking of bullets, I've got around 10,000 near me in a case. As for child shootings, I'm more pissed off that a child had to pay for someone else's stupidity if he or she got shot by someone or I'm pissed at the kid that was fooling around with a weapon or I'm pissed at the parents for not teaching the kids how to use the things and not keeping them locked up.

you got a nice bullet there :)

PHOENiX GFX's post is quite disturbing, never saw it this way
though i'm living in austria and here it's not common to have a gun or whatever, as it might be in other countries, but ever so often i read about another shooting in a bar, an apartment or whatever...

it's about time that something is done...

Guns don't kill people, <s>people</s>rappers do?

Living 30 miles out of Orlando, there are a lot of shootings, there was a guy who brought a shotgun to my school, and was going to kill my friend Bill; http://www.wesh.com/news/10405015/detail.h...ss=orl&psp=news

    See what I mean

It happens all the time in Florida, shootings are a sad thing.
I do love the design of the bullet though.
