he cant re-distribute them for FR if he already sold them for FR. Its like buyin a car. You cant sell the car 10 times for FR to everyone cause theres only one car. In this case hes sellin them for FR but he gets to sell them for LR/wearin or w/e else as long as it isnt FR... Get what im sayin?
