    Download from here
    http://gimp.mirrors.hoobly.com/gimp/stable/

Uninstall the current GIMP, and restart your computer. Then install the one you downloaded from above (or an already downloaded version) When you install, make sure you associate all the images

    NOW download this
    http://www.dlldump.com/cgi-bin/testwrap/do...bgimp-2.0-0.dll

After downloaded, put it in the proper folder "C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin" AND put it here "C:\Windows\System32"

Click the Start button, choose Run…, enter “cmd” in the Open field, and click OK.

In the Command Window, enter the following

    regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\libgimp-2.0-0.dll"

Press Enter. If the DLL is properly registered, you will see message similar to this:

NOW do this in the command window

    regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin\libgimp-2.0-0.dll"

    Again, the pop-up should come.

Now Reboot your computer, try again.

Why dont you just download it from gimp.org, cos thats the official site of gimp, and theres a stable version there too.
