He bidded in one of my auctions. Bidded 800 credits, he won, PMed him telling him to send the credits and i'll send .psd. No response.

He then makes this post giving out credits for free.

I tell him that he owes me 800 and everything and he goes on saying he doesn't or w/e. You can look in there. He had at least 1800 credits yesterday and still has not sent them. Now he only has around 700 something.

I've do not want him banned, I can care less if he is or not, I just want my 800.

No. He has yet to send them to me. It's your resposibility to ask if there's a tutorial on it if you want to know. I honestly didn't know, but it doesn't change anything, you still bidded. And the rules say, you bid, you buy.

I'm not harrasing you. It's just ridiculous that you had 1600 credits and then spent them w/o paying me 1st. Also, you bidded which means you HAVE to buy it.

Just send your 729 right now then send the remaining 70 when you get that.

failure to finish the purchase of the auction which you bid on and won will result in a fine and suspension.if you would like to pay for what you bid on in the auction or take the punishment its up to you.....

you have 36 hrs to pay the full amount that is owed,you had the creds to pay this and you have chosen not to,failur to pay in the time given will result in action being taken,with the time you have left it has given you 6 days from the time you won the auction to pay.
