Well here are the specs to my comp:

    Microsoft Windows XP
    Media Center Edition
    Version 2002
    Service Pack2

    Sony Electronics Inc.
    VAIO Computer
    Intel ®
    Pentium® 4 CPU 3.20GHz
    3.20GHz, 504 MB of RAM

    Under Device Manager:
DIsplay Adapters (i asked around and this is my graphics card?)
    -Intel® 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

    there is is...

well, the problem is that, as you can most likely tell, photoshop cs2 "kinda" lags on my comp, and from asking around, ive heard that i should upgrade to at least 1gb of ram.

so, my questions to anyone out there are:

    1) how much will it cost to get to 1gb of ram
    2) are there any other upgrades that i my comp could use

but a couple things to keep in mind are
    1) i dont have much money to spend on computers
    2) i dont need AWESOME HIGH-TECH STUFF (although it would be nice :D)...just enough to get me going without much lag
    3) the installation needs to be pretty basic, because im a nub when it comes to tech stuff

so any advice you guys can give me would help a lot, and if there are any changes, ill let you guys know :D !!

Two problems, which xelink pointed out:
    1) You need 1GB duel channel ram
    2) Integrated sucks, the ram wont do much good if the graphics card is that bad ( As far as photoshop goes anyway, maybe more ). Last time I used an integrated ( granted was on a 2 year old gateway, 2 years ago ) the GUI on windows XP even lagged.
