    Ok.. we wanat to set up a website and forums, possibly a ventrillo server....

    how to we go about begging this process?

    Buy some web hosting.
    Get someone to learn HTML, or hire someone you can trust. Or maybe someone already knows HTML.
    Buy a license for a forum service such as IPB, vB, phpBB...
    Ventrillo, idk bout that.
