Your computer will remain the same, but if its bugged, or you do something wrong you might need to reformat and reinstall windows.

I would have setup a second partition on the HDD ( if you have a way to do it ), or stuck in a spare. Then stuck a temp windows on that to back up your stuff while you format / install windows on the correct HDD. However, if you couldnt do that then yea :(

I saw the MS build number, and I said "F**k no", I wont install it unless it is the exact same build as mine, and even then I might not do it on my current copy, I would most likely test it on this windows installed on my spare comp.

I am getting it this year, I am also getting this:

( at time of this post it was on 30 minute downtime, so give it atleast 40 minutes lol ).

It is a OS based off windows, with the kernal based off linux kernal. It is 32bit, supports DX10 ( Which the developer says microsoft help do). It is a gaming OS meant for gaming(duh) and benchmarks.

All it basically does is probably place a folder in your WINDOWS folder under resources and themes and applies it thru the Display Properties. If you lose anything, then it's one retarted transformation pack.

No, it warns you quite a bit that it replaces system files, it backs them up but this can still screw up your system, especially if your build is different than the build it tells you its for ( right before its about to install ).

So many things could go wrong, I would not risk installing it unless my build number is exactly the same.

    Sorry, didnt see it :)

It has the option to install the clock thing somewhere with the installer, it might be with windows blinds too so idk. I used to use windows blinds, and it had themes that did that.

I'm pretty sure you did ask, "does someone want to answer my question",
and I believe I am someone and I thought I'd tell ya I don't want to answer it :)
