I would start but i need to know more information on the FR rights?

for example: may i modify it? can i use it in my work, but i wont claim i made it? can i use it as an extra effect like beside my text? can i post works i have including this piece on da? you have to understand i would bid of course, i love that its a really nice piece of art, but i just want to know certain conditions.

i have FR but usually im not told if you can alter the arwork but most artist dont like you doing that. You may be able to use it as a stock but before you do anything you will have to pm vouge, and ask all the questions to him, becasue i was not told these things.
