thats because IE is frozen and doesnt function so you just get like little print screens all over.

just try a virus and spyware scan

It's either because IE 7 is buggy, or you've a virus/spyware which is making it more unstable.

It's not a fix to the IE problem, but it's better to use firefox, its more safe.

Try cleaning your cookies and reinstall IE.

Btw, shame on you, a prebuild pc...

if your looking for a reliable spyware program try XoftSpySE, had a feeling i had a keylogger on my pc because kaspersky pop a notice up saying there was a keylogger. XoftSpy works wonders found files that Spy Sweeper, Kaspersky and Spybot didn't find :)

Get some or all of these programs and run the scans to clean up your PC:

    CCleaner
    Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal
    Reg Cleaneer
    Spybot - Search & Destroy
    Spyware Blaster

An antivirus/firewall if you don't already have one:

    AVG (Antivirus)
    Zone Alarm (Firewall)

And a new internet browser to help protect you in the future (pick):

    Mozilla Firefox
    Opera

    ---

All of this is freeware so all you have to do is search it on Google and download/install.

    Good luck.

    1) Get firefox
    2) Scan for viruses / Spyware / etc.
    3) Use firefox + adblock plus (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1865/)

and lol@that it reminds me of the solitaire win screen where the cards go all over the place.
