i dont know if you have read around or nothing yet BUT! Two 8800s are not THAT great, in reality, two 7950s work better then two 8800s, sorry to dissapoint you.
in most cases a single 8800GTS is faster than two 7900GTXs. ANd SLI-ed they're faster in all but a few games in which they take a masive performance hit.
