On the picture, on the left side, there is bunch of word, people tell me a brush do that. Can someone help me get that brush

It is actually a brush from a brushpack called wurklash tech. That is the name of it or it is really closely like it. I got the brushpack from Denny's Kickass Brushes V1 which has like 50 brushpacks. I dont know where to get it anymore.

100% sure its not. The other brushes he used are from the same brushpack.

 

Im sure its easy for someone just to design a prush like that
