    If I have an un-verified paypal account can I still send and recieve USD ?


    I'm new to paypal :)

    But even if you can recieve, you need to make it verified if you want to take the money out.

    i had about 90$ in paypal then verified it and got it. Or u can sell it if you want to.

    Depends on your country, mine's unverified and I've been able to send and receive lots of money.

    Ask Lisa or David for advice with paypal.

    I'm pretty sure Europeans can send/receive on unverified ones.
    I've bought a rapidshare account and several deviant art subscriptions :S as well as this donator a/c and I don't have a bank/cc linked to my paypal.
