okay... so i noticed.. like 2-3 months ago that my computer makes super loud buzzing noises when processing htings... like for example when i open up "my computer" or sumthing it'll just start lagging and buzz a lot.
about a year ago i replaced my harddrive with a new seagate one because the needles broke or sutmhign bad like that.

soi'm just wondering is the buzzing bad? or just annoying?
    and what is causing it?

    thank you.

It sounds like your hard drive is dying. I would suggest backing up all your data and sending the drive back to Segate if it's still under warranty. If it's not under warranty, then you'll have to buy a new drive.

is a it a buzzing or more lieka crackling.

some harddrives crackle and that's normal, others only do it when dying.

    run speed fan

then do a smart check on it.

browsing through windows folders is far more harddrive intesnive than CPU intensive, so probably the harddrive.

again run speed fan go to the HDD tab and run the SMART check.

click on "perform in depth online analysis"

if it shows up fine, your drive isnt' dying.

also, could it be a fan? if so a fan could be dying...
