I understand what you mean, but whatever they sell on the site, can be controlled i'm sure.

As for selling them Via msn, or whatever, nothing they can do.

End note...It will still work, even if there are still some credit whores who use MSN to sell.

Thanks to all your comments guys i'm happy you like my ideas.

Morv, maybe read the topic again.

As stated, you would still sell credits, but you have to stick to a certain rate, set by an admin.

If not, you'd get suspended, or whatever action they come up with.

Well, this idea will be helping you, it's mainly to get credit rates back up, and maybe keep them out of the system. :D

    Thanks for voting Yes.

People will just sell over MSN, not through GR.

    Well, hopefully yes.

Depends how much people want them.

I don't know what rate they will set it at, but it will help keep creits out the system, but there will be people who buy them.

Yes you are 100% right BUT if people start to sell on MSN, they aren't very intelligent and I'll explain why.
When the rule gets implimented, everybody at Gamerenders will sell their credits at that peticular fixed rate. (Most likely the original 200:1 ratio) The person(s) trying to sell the credits, would obviously want the most out of their credits, so they would sell at the same ratio. Who wouldn't? If you could sell a car for $5000, why would you sell it for $1000? You wouldn't sell it for cheaper just to beat the other competitors, you would want the most out of your car. It's no different here.

If everybody who owns a large amount of credits, got together, and decided on a fixed rate of the GR credit (200:1 ratio), they can control the whole market, and the credit value will soar high considering a majority of the GR members are selling it at very high prices; its supply and demand. If the members start to realize the credit value is very high, they wouldn't have a choice other than to buy credits at that peticular price. There would be no competition! At the moment, since there is competition, people are continually lowering their prices in attempt to "beat" other credit sellers. Little do they know that you're only hurting yourselves.

I actually think this could work out. The only thing is that I think that some people wouldn't want to buy credits from some members because they would trust the admins or staff or whoever is selling through GR much more. I think the only reason anyone would buy from a member is if the staff has to manually add the credits, and thus you could get credits faster from a member than you could a staff member.
However, this would help Shaggy with server costs and it would cause the value of the credits to go up, so I think all in all its a pretty good idea.

I should be able to sell my credits for how ever much I want, if I want to sell 5k for 1 dollar then I should be able to do so, if I want to sell 5k for 100 dollars then I should be able to do so.

Don't like this idea at all.
