I played Socom 2 alot, slowed down with socom 3 and then I thought Socom CA was just a dissapointment to Socom. But I played a little bit.
I used to play it. But recently got rid of my ps2. I would've kept it but the only reason I played was Socom and now that cheaters are on it it's just a waste of my time.
CA is no where near good compared to 1 or 2 but it has less cheaters(for now). Most of the maps suck too.
I think it's safe to say Socom II was what put the series on the map, and will remain the best socom ever. If they make another Socom with all SocomII stuff with just some new maps, then that'd be a great game.
if zipper did that i would by the ps3 in a heartbeat, it could happen seeming zipper are workin on two socoms for the ps3, one of them could be a socom 2 style game
s2 was definately the best......in terms of maps. But i do like the socom 3 and CA mechanics and graphics better, but the maps suck in those games......hopefully the Next Gen socoms will be much better
Darn it. I finaly do decent on a online game and no one play it! oh well. Are there any games that you guys do play online?
lol................i dont think it has died, i have tried alot of other shooter games besides socom and almost no one plays them......usually over 15,000 people online a night, i wouldnt call it dead. But yes the fan base has decreased alot tho. Socom 2 usually had over 30,000 people online a night. It is still pretty fun and the only game i play online
true that. socom 2 had lots more on. i loved playing that and doing GB, i was clutch when it came to 3v1s in crossroads with me as terrorist with my m16.
