I just got me a new wireless router since my other one is getting pretty old. I installed the software it came with onto my laptop since that is the only computer I have and also since the modem is in my room. I have tried to get wireless internet, but since I installed the routers software my wireless card in my laptop says, "Windows cannot configure this wireless connection. If you have enabled another program to manage this wireless connection, use that software"

That means you have to use the router software that came with it.

or you could enable Wireless Zero Configuration

do that by going to start, right click my computer, click on manage, then double click services and applications, then services, on the bottom of the list look for Wireless Zero Configuration, then finally start the service. Thats what I had to do for my wireless when my software stopped working.
