.rar C4d Packs

How do you open and use .rar C4D packs? I have downloaded one or two, but I can never use them, I can open them with the two programs I downloaded, WinRar, and WinAce, but they both only allow to view them, but I cannot open them in CS2, GIMP or any other program. Opening them in WinRar does not do me any good, so I would like to know how to open and use in CS2.

you open it with WinRar and then extract it to a folder such as ur desktop and then open it from there. Im pretty sure u can open it without extracting though

 

right click on the rar there should be an option that says extract here or you can double click on the file and up at the top left that says extract to click that and you can pick where you want c4d renders to go

 

It says I need a password, what would that be, and/or where could I find it?

DA, they are Drongon's effect c4d renders. I can't remember where I got the other pack from, that was a month or so ago.

 

Give me a link to where you got the ones you know about. The other ones, ew can't help you with really.

Oh, duh, I should have seen that. Ok, thanks, one last question, is there any way I can get the bg transparent, or does it just come with the black one.

 

To use them, set blending settings in Photoshop from Normal to Lighten/screen or anything else, and the black background will go away.

It can be tricky to delete backgrounds on C4D's, just select everything you don't want and just simpy delete it.
