Help With Usb Hardrive

i have problem with my externad hardrive , when i unplugin my usb hardrive my computer detected but the icon drive doesn't show up..
i don' know why...

i go 2 my computer but i don;t see th icon drive ??/ so i can see my videos that i have on my usb hardrive

 

Are the drivers installed? Did it work before? Go to My computer> E drive or F drive> If you see one of those then it works.

 

yes , it worked before but i don't know what happend. ;(



on my computer doesn't show up the icon drive..

few things to try

use diferent USB port
verify drive works properly on a diferent system
the three rs fo computing(reinstall, reformat, RMA)

also try this
navigate over to Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Storage>Disk Management,

 

i already used diffrent usb port but same problem., and the drives works properly...

and try Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Storage>Disk Management only my pc hard drive appears
but not the usb drive ;(


the usb hard drive appears on the device manager..
