Windows Xp Help

Hey guys
I just have a quick question

I was wondering where can i get the program that I can use to change the Logon and the Startup background on my Windows XP Laptop
like when you start up it says windows xp .... and when you log on it has that wallpaper
where can i find a program that I can use to change those two things

Plus I am also looking for a program that I can find inorder to make my own boot scrreen or my own windows logon

Don't know if there's a free program to do it (most likely not), but I think this is the most widely used :

I knew bootskin which is great but not logonstudio. Before, to change background, I did it via the registery. Nice. Thanks ChiefNX

I don't recommend to do it i talk about the boot screen, the log-in screen is safe, but the boot...

Same - Sometimes might not boot at all so have to be careful
