Area 4.2 came out a while ago

you have to crack a .dll in your library to do it, google windows theme .dll crack and it should help you..

 

can you tell me more in detail xD

wth, I just double click on the file in the download and it turns the theme.

 

but when you log off and back on, it will reset the theme to the windows original theme

 

How do u install it? Need help?

 

not for me =\. I put the thing i click in the resources folder in WINDOWS so I can change them easier probably thats why.

 

can you install a theme on just one account?
